How does the easee online eye test work? All a user needs is a computer, a smartphone and 3 metres of space. After a quick medical check that ensures that it will be possible to give the user an online prescription, the user calibrates their computer screen and connects the smartphone to the test with a QR-code. The smartphone is used as a remote control throughout the test. Clear audio instructions lead the user seamlessly within the steps of the test.

Next to data about sphere, the test also checks for astigmatism. Each result is validated by an ophthalmologist or optician. Users receive their new prescription within max. 24 hours in their email inbox.
