In order for us to be able to include your application in our application process, we require a number of details from you. Easee handles your data consciously and honestly; this means that easee collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. This statement provides you with information on what data we need, what we do with them and how long we keep them.
What information does easee collect?
If you are enthusiastic about one of the vacancies at easee, please apply via jobs.easee.online. We ask you to send along your CV and motivation letter, and in some cases some additional information via (optional) questions. Easee therefore collects your motivation letter, CV, contact details, name, and other personal data you decide to share with us for the purpose of the application. As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation with an explanation of the further procedure.
Easee does not collect or process any sensitive information about applicants, such as their ethnic background, political or religious beliefs or sexual orientation.
Why does easee collect your data?
We use the information you provide to process the application process and review your CV and cover letter. If positively assessed, these will be shared with the relevant hiring manager. We will also use your data (anonymously) for statistical purposes. This allows us to analyze data such as the number of applicants and the speed of the application process. Finally, we can use these data to improve or adapt our selection process.
We keep your CV for a maximum of 24 months after your last contact with us. This will enable us to work more quickly with a possible future vacancy. As an applicant, you have the right to correction and deletion. If information is incorrect, incomplete or if you do not want certain personal information to be stored, you can indicate this at [email protected].
NVP Recruitment Code
easee acts in accordance with the NVP recruitment code of conduct. This application code contains basic rules that organizations and applicants should observe during recruitment and selection to fill vacancies, according to the Dutch Association for Personnel Management and Organization Development (NVP).
